About Me

My name is Kathriana Mella, i was born some years ago. they considered me as the oldest one in the national team. i have been swimming since i was 5 years old, my mom encouraged me to.  i've travelled to some of the cool place on earth, i'm just a lucky girl.

so far, i've managed to participate in 3 SEA Games (2011,2013,2015), brought home 1 silver, 3 bronze in total and i'm still looking for more games to come. other than SEA Games, i've won countless medals. i'm not quitting. i love being in the national team, it gave me unforgettable experience in your life. if you asked me why am i still doing it, because it makes me happy. swimming makes me happy.

i'm going to share everything about my swimming career, triathlon journey, travelling in between competition and training, and also how i eat during those time. i hope you enjoy it.
